Workshop

Originally a small-scale business run by its two founders, Ilio Peluzzi and Alessandro Versari and employing one other person, Etruria Truck is now a successful up-and-coming business and has attained various goals:

• Its own site with sufficient space both inside and outside for the servicing of vehicles;
• 24-hour service (no longer just during office hours) and increased stock of spare parts.

Just a few months back, the company was also granted authorization to calibrate digital tachographs (Siemens partnership).

The company has its workers attend Volvo Italia’s update courses and also collaborates with an extensive network of authorized local workshops ensuring total, efficient coverage throughout Italy:

• Biesse Services workshop for the municipality of Perugia;
• Arno workshop for the municipality of Arezzo;
• Bernardini workshop for the municipality of Siena;
• Panezi workshop for the municipality of Terni;

Spare parts

Etruria Truck has, since April 2006, increased its stock of spare parts and created a 200 sqm extension to its warehouse for the following:

• Receipt of goods – for parking inbound vehicles and unloading the material.
• Stock of spare parts – a vast area with shelving, grids and drawers for storing macro and micro spare parts.
• Customer area – salesperson’s work station and customer desk.
• Work area – the workshop’s customer relations work station and a counter.

These improvements allow us to serve our regular customers – with direct sale of spare parts and the sale of spare parts for workshop activity – as well as the Volvo workshops we work with in the various municipalities.
